摘要
根据航空发动机转速传感器的测量原理,提出一种基于DSP的智能转速传感器。设计了信号调理电路和DSP外围接口电路,编写了片内汇编程序。实验表明,该智能传感器不仅测量精度高,误差仅为0.047 33%,而且集成度高、处理速度快,可应用于航空发动机全权限数字式电子控制系统中。
According to the measuring principle of aeroengine rotating speed sensor, an aeroengine smart rotating speed sensor hased on DSP was proposed. Signal adjust circuit and DSP peripheral port circuit was designed, and program was compiled. Result of experimentation prove that the smart sensor not only has measuring error as precise as 0. 04733 % , but also high integration and high processing speed. So it can be applied in Aeroengine full authority digital electronic control (FADEC) system.
