摘要
基于电磁感应原理,设计了一种新型天线系统,以此为基础提出了一种平面位置感测系统。分析了该传感系统的检测原理,讨论了传感系统的设计方法、检测的过程与算法。给出了系统设计方案及具体应用实例。该方案工艺简单,可以实现表面位置的非接触测量,并可进一步推广到不规则表面的位置检测。
A new kind of antenna is designed based on electromagnetic induction. A surface position location system using this antenna is presented. The measurement method is analyzed. Sensor design, measurement process, measurement algorithm and the whole system from design plan to completion are described. An application example based on this method is demonstrated. This method of non-touch measurement of surface position can be expanded to irregular surface location system.
