摘要
根据对红外光的反射与接收原理,设计了检测印染行业中布置在流水线上所传送方向的探边传感器。采用了6只红外发光二极管交错相对地分布成两排,中间插入两只红外光接收传感器NJL61H400A的结构。各发射管自右至左分时依次发射调制频率为40 kHz的红外光信号;接收传感器检测布对红外光信号的反射情况,由此确认布面边在探边传感器下部中心位置是否发生偏离及其偏离的程度。由于发射管分布成两排,缩短了横向间的间隔,以此提高探边过程的灵敏度。
According to the theory of reflection and receiving of infrared ray, the detecting edge sensor is designed which can detect the transmission direction of the cloth streamline in the print industry. It adopts the structure in which six infrared light-emitting diodes stagger in two lines oppositely and two infrared receiving sensors NJL61H400A lie in the middle of the two lines. Each emitting diode is punctual to emit the infrared light signal in turn from the right diode to the left one which has a modulated frequency of 40 kHz. The receiving sensor detects the infrared light signals that are reflected by the cloth in the printing streamline. If the edge of cloth has the departure in the bottom of the detecting edge sensor from the centre, the degree of departure are thereof identified. As the emitting diodes arrange in two lines, so the transverse space is shorten, the sensitivity of the detecting edge sensor is thereof increased.
