摘要
针对复合材料声图像缺陷识别的可靠性,对复合材料缺陷类别与缺陷模式识别进行了分析,讨论了通过仿形测量和重建模型的方法实现复合材料超声C扫描的一般过程。基于模糊积分的信息融合方法,实现了多探头非视觉信息、人的感知信息及视觉信息的融合。实验结果表明,采用多传感器信息融合技术可以降低系统的不确定性,提高超声检测与识别系统的性能,从而能够准确检测出复合材料的缺陷。
According to do the task of multisensor classification and defect recognition of composite information fusion in ultrasonic C-Scan system, defect material were discussed. Profile measurement and restructured modeling were used to solve ultrasonic C-Scan of composite material. By information fusion of fuzzy integral,fusing multisensor non-vision ,human's perceiving information and vision information were realized. Experiment results validated that uncertainties of system were reduced and performances of ultrasonic testing and recognition system were improved through technique of multisensor information fusion.
