文章论述了高校图书馆建立期刊数据库的必要性,以及如何提高建库质量,从而提高效率更好地为读者服务等问题。
This paper is to discuss the necessity of journal data banks in college libraries,and how to improve the quality of construction as to provide better service for readers as well as to improve the working efficiency.
