社区犯罪行为的成因主要有城市化的负面影响、教育的不足两方面。社区犯罪的行为心理有隐蔽性、方便性的特征。社区规划中防范刑事犯罪的方法有:在规划结构上采取自由式布局或同质组团布置,道路系统应做到“通而不畅”,塑造积极的社区空间等。

Community criminal acts are mainly caused by two factors,namely,the negative effects of urbanization and the lack of ecucation.The behavioral psychology of community crimes is characterized by its concealiment and convenience.The methods in planning used to prevent community crimes include the following：adopt free layout or homogeneous mass for planning structure and attain the goal of being ＂accessible but not smooth＂ for the road system so as to create an active community space.
