对城中村集中安置拆迁的思考——以惠州市水北村为例

Reflection on the Centralized Re-location and Settlement of Village Within the City——With Shuibei Village in Huizhou City as an Ex-ample

惠州市水北村集中安置拆迁采取了将拆迁村民就近安置和按拆迁面积为拆迁户建公寓楼等策略,得到了拆迁户的支持。但其过于关注物质层面的改造,而对于原村中的外来人口安置、原村民城市化等问题关注不够,给城市的长远发展留下了隐患。

Relocation and settlement of Chengwu Village is done centralized settlement of the villagers in the nearly areas and build apartments of the same areas as the dismantled houses,which has gained the support of the households to be relocated.However,too much attention is given to the material improvement and little attention is given to the resettlement of newcomers in the village and to the urbanization of the native villagers, leaving a hidden trouble for the long-term development of the city.
