梗阻性左半结肠癌Ⅰ期手术治疗分析

Primary surgical therapy of left hemicolon with tumor obstruction

目的:探对左半结肠癌急性梗阻I期切除吻合的治疗效果。方法:对53例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者均行肿瘤I期切除吻合,并进行回顾性分析。结果:53例全组均治愈,无腹腔感染及吻合口瘘发生,切口感染5例,肺感染4例,腹腔积液2例。结论:严格掌握手术适应证,充分的术前准备及围手术期处理,术中有效肠腔减压,正确的吻合技术及积极的营养支持疗法是I期手术治疗成功的关建,能有效预防吻合口瘘的发生。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of primary resection and anastomosis . Methods Primary surgical therapy for 53 patients with obstructive carcinoma of the left colon was performed. Results All cases were recovered with no abdominal cavity infection and stoma fistula,but there were 5 cases with infection of incision wound ,4 cases with lung infection and 2 cases with peritoned effusion. Conclusion The keys to achieve successful operation and to prevent the occurrence of stoma fistula was to adhere to operation indications,sufficiently preoperative preparation,effective enteric cavity decompression,appropriate anastomose technique and nutritional support .
