应用秩和比法对某企业医院科室病床利用情况的综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation on Department Sickbed Application status with RSR Method in Enterprise Hospital

目的:采用秩和比法(RSR)对某企业综合性医院病床利用情况进行综合评价。方法:选用4个常见统计指标及“CD型率”组成综合评价指标体系,采用秩和比法进行综合评价分析。结果:某企业医院11个科室中,有3个科室床位需增加,4个科室床位可减少。结论:秩和比法可对医院各科室床位利用情况进行方便、快捷的评价,能为医院管理者合理配置床位,提高病床的使用效率提供科学依据。

Objective To make a comprehensive evaluation on department sickbed application status by RSR method in a enterprise comprehensive hospital. Methods Four statistical index and ＂CD type rate＂ were used to establish the evaluation index system and RSR method was used to make comprehensive evaluation and analysis, Results Three departments sickbed need increase in 11 departments of the enterprise hospital,four need reduction. Conclusion RSR method may be used to conveniently and quickly evaluate hospital department sickbed application condition and provide the scientific decision basis for hospital governor on how to allocate the beds reasonably and increase the usage efficiency.
