氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定血浆样品中砷浓度的方法学研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立血浆中砷的氢化物原子荧光测定方法。方法:血浆样品经硝化处理后,用原子荧光光度计进行测定。结果:血浆样品测定浓度在1~60μg/L范围内标准曲线呈良好线性,Y=0.01135X+0.0578,r=0.9993;样品回收率在97.270%~100.205%之间;样品日内相对标准差(RSD)<3.59%,日间相对标准差(RSD)<8.37%。结论:该方法特异性好、操作方便,且灵敏度高,适合于三氧化二砷(亚砷酸,As2O3)注射液治疗原发性肝癌等疾病时血浆砷浓度的监测与分析。 Objective:To establish assay method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry about Arsenic in the plasma. Methods : Blood plasma sample was measured by atomic fluorophotometer after nitrified, Results : Standard curve showed good linearity when determination concentration of plasma sample ranged from 1 μg/L to 60μg/L, Y = 0. 01135X + 0. 0578, r = 0. 9993 ; Sample recovery rate was in the range of 97, 270% and 100. 205%, Sample relative standard deviation within the day was less than 3.59% , Sample relative standard deviation between days was less than 8.37%, Conclusion:The technique was characterized as good specificity, operation convenience and high sensitivity. It was suitable to be applied to the detection and analysis of plasma arsenic concentration when arsenic trioxide was used to treat diseases such as primary hepatic carcinoma.
