艾易舒注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

Clinical study of Aiyishu injection on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)

目的:观察艾易舒注射液及其与化疗联合对晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗作用。方法:将108例Ⅲb～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为艾易舒组、化疗组和艾易舒加化疗组,均治疗2个周期,进行相关比较。结果:艾易舒组的有效率(CR+PR)较化疗组和艾易舒加化疗组均低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);艾易舒加化疗组的稳定率高于化疗组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);艾易舒组和艾易舒加化疗组患者在治疗后其生存质量提高、体重增加与稳定率均比化疗组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);艾易舒加化疗组的白细胞下降率低于化疗组(P<0.05)。结论:艾易舒注射液能够缓解晚期非小细胞肺癌患者临床症状,改善生存质量,与化疗合用能够减轻化疗药物的毒副反应。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Aiyishu injection in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods ： 108 patients with stage m b- 1V NSCLC were divided randomly into three groups, group of Aiyishu injection, group of chemotherapy and group of chemotherapy combined with Aiyishu injection. The therapeutic efficacy of the three groups were evaluated after two cycle treatment. Results：The complete and partial remission rate （ CR ＋ PR） of group Aiyishu injection was lower than that of both group chemotherapy and group chemotherapy combined with Aiysishu injection（ P 〈0. 05 ）. The stable rate of group chemotherapy combined with Aiyishu injection was higher than that of group chemotherapy（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Both group Aiyishu injection and group chemotherapy combined with Aiyishu injection had a better effect of raising the quality of life and weight than group chemotherapy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The rate of bone marrow depression in group chemotherapy combined with Aiyishu injection was lower statistically than that in group chemotherapy （P 〈 0. 05 ）, Conclusion： Aiyishu injection could alleviate the symptoms, improve the quality of life in the advanced NSCLC patients. Aiyishu injection could reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy.
