尖锐湿疣患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、sICAM-1、sE-selectin水平的检测

Study of serum levels of interlukin-6,TNF-α,sICAM- I,sE-selectin in patients with condyloma acuminatum

目的为了解尖锐湿疣患者部分细胞因子及血清可溶性粘附分子水平。方法采用ELISA法检测了46例尖锐湿疣患者血清中白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性E-选择素(sE-selectin)水平。结果患者血清IL-6明显低于正常对照组(P<0·01),TNF-α、sE-selectin明显高于正常对照组(P<0·01),sICAM-I差异无显著意义。结论尖锐湿疣患者存在免疫缺陷和血清粘附分子水平的异常,可能与本病的复发有一定关系。

Objective To study serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and adhesion molecules of patients with CA.Methods The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,sICAM-1 ,sE-selectin of patients with CA were measured with ELISA in 46 cases. Results Serum levels of IL-6 were significantly lower in patients than those in healthy control（ P 〈0.01 ）. The levels of TNF-α,sE-selectin were significantly higher in patients than those in controls（ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion There are immunity deficiency and abnormity of adhesion molecules in patients with CA, and these changes may be related to the recurrence of CA.
