目的探讨P糖蛋白(P-gp)和胎盘型谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST-π)在急性粒细胞白血病中的表达与临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测59例急性粒细胞白血病中P-gp和GST-π多药耐药的表达。结果59例急性粒细胞白血病中P-gp和GST-π表达的阳性标记与急性粒细胞白血病临床化疗有相关性(P<0·05)。结论P-gp和GST-π联合表达与急性粒细胞白血病化疗密切相关,检测P-gp和GST-π对急性粒细胞白血病化疗方案的制定具有重要的意义。
