摘要
通过对祁连林区几种不同植被类型下土壤微生物的测定,表明土壤中细菌数量远远大于放线菌和真菌,土壤微生物数量随海拔升高而减少,微生物在土壤剖面中的土层垂直分布是随着土层加深而逐渐减少。
Soil microbe were determined in different vegetable type soil of Qilian forest region. The result showed, quantity of bacteria was far more than ray fungus and fungus. Quantity of microbe were decreaed with solum depth incmaed. Perpendicular distribution of microbe was decreased with solum depth.
