摘要 目的:研究腮腺混合瘤和腺淋巴瘤彩色多普勒血流图特点,提高超声诊断符合率。材料和方法:57例经手术病理证实的腮腺混合瘤和腺淋巴瘤声像图资料,综合分析二维图像加上彩色多普勒血流指标。结果:超声诊断混合瘤42例、腺淋巴瘤15例,诊断符合率93%。混合瘤与腺淋巴瘤声像图有特征有类似之处。结论:超声对病变检出率为100%,是发现腮腺肿块的首选方法,虽然混合瘤与腺淋巴瘤声像图特征有时重叠,但应用高频彩色多普勒进行血流分析有望鉴别。 Purpose: Studying the ultrasound imaging of parotid pleomorphic adenoma and adenolymphoma, to promote the diagnostic accuracy. Materials and Methods: 57 cases with parotid pleomorphic adenoma and adenolymphoma were proved by operation and pathology. We analysed ultrasound imaging characteristics by 2D and CDFI examination. Results: 57 cases (42 cases of pleomorphic and 15 cases of adenolymphoma) were examined by 2D and CDFI, the accuracy rate were 93%. Although Typical sonography of parotid pleomorphic adenoma and adenolymphoma have their characteristic imagings respectively, nontypical sonography of them have some similar features. Conclusion: Ultrasounds detective rate of parotid mass was 100%.Ultrasound is the first choice in diagnosing parotid masses. By observing and analyzing through CDFI, press and touch the masses carefully with probe ,differential diagnosis will be effectively.
