摘要
83头猪用于PHI、PGD、PO_2生化多态性分析,结果显示:在3种表型分布内,氟烷阳性猪发生率、背最长肌pH值、系水力等肉质性状差异极显著(P<0.01);同一个优良基因数目与氟烷敏感性、肉质指标呈强线性关系。对四种亲本交配组合共计19窝132头猪的亲子代进行了HM单倍型推断的遗传分析,结果表明:前三种交配组合可以根据亲子代的PHI、PO_2:、PGD表型及子代的氟烷测验结果对HM单倍型进行推断;Hal ̄n与BSA、BSB连锁紧密,Hal ̄N与ASA、AFA连锁紧密。用已知双亲的HM单倍型,结合子代的酶型推断氟烷基因型,准确率达90%。因此,PHI、PO_2、PGD表型可以作为猪应激敏感性的生化遗传标记。
Eighty-three pigs were used to study the
biochemical polymorphisms of PHI,PO_2and PGD,The results showed that there tvere
significantly different(P<0.01)in thedistribution of halothane-positive pigs,muscular pH and
water holding capacity amongthree phenotypes of PO_2,PHI and PGD respectively.The
amounts of PHI ̄A,and PGD ̄B allels in a pig were linearly related to halothane sensitivity
and meat qualitytraits respectively.Four types of parental mating combination from 132 piglets
in 19 litters were included in the experiment.The first 3 types of parental mating combina-tion
could be used to deduce the HM haplotype of parents and offsprings.The resultsshowed that
Hal ̄n was closely linked with BSA and BSB while Hal ̄N was closely linkedwith ASA and
AFA. Using the haplotype(deduced)of parents in combination with thephenotypes of PHI,PO_2
and PGD of piglets,piglets halothane genotype were deducedand the deduced accuracy came
to 90 per cent.Therefore,it can be said that thephenotypes of PHI,PO_2 and PGD can be used
as biochemical genetic mark of porcinestress susceptibility.
