摘要
用光镜、电镜与血常规检查法研究了我国28峰双峰鸵红细胞的形态特征和生物特性。这些动物的红细胞呈椭圆形,很薄,其边缘看来光滑,但在胞浆膜上有些小突起。经测定,红细胞平均体积(MCV)较小(23.97±3.95fl),但红细胞血红蛋白平均浓度(MCHC)比牛和马的高(36.75±5.17g%>27.67±0.96g%或28.47±3.65g%,P<0.01)。同时双峰驼红细胞对渗透性溶解的抵抗力很强。作者发现,双峰驼红细胞在低渗透溶解前约可膨胀到原体积的160%。因此,红细胞在双峰驼体内的水-电解质代谢上有重要意义。
Morphologic features and biological character of erythrocytes from 28 Bactriancamels in China were studied using the light and electron microscopes with routinehematological examinations.Erythrocytes of the animals are elliptical and thin. Theiredge seems to be smooth,but there are some small protuberances on the cytoplasmic membrane of the cells.It is determined that the mean corpuscular volume(MCV)of concentration (MCHC) of red blood cells in the camels is higher than those in cattleand horses (36 .75 ±5 . 17g%>27 . 67±0 . 96g% or 28 .47±3 . 65g% P<0 . 01). In addition,the camel erythrocytes are highly resistant to osmotic lysis. Authors also have foundthat the red blood cells can swell about 160 per cent of their initial volume in hypo-tonic solutions before lysing. Therefore, the erythrocytes have important significance inwater-electrolyte metabolism in the body of Bactrian camels.
