摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了13/17染色体易位纯合子、杂合子及染色体数正常猪群的血液淀粉酶-2(Amy-2)的遗传多态性。结果:3群猪均表现出特殊的Amy-2多态性分布,其Amy-2位点受2对等位基因控制,除测得Amy-2A、Amy-2B基因控制的A、B带外,还测到1对迁移率比A、B带快的C、D带;2对等位基因呈现出共显性特征,但除个别个体2对等位基因所控制的表型染色强度相同外,大部分个体出现D带染色较A、B、C带弱的特点;不同核形猪群的基因频率和基因型频率有明显差异,个别个体缺乏Amy-2C、Amy-2D基因。
Genetic polymorphism of Amylase-2 were examined in homozygotes andheterozygotes for 13/17 Robertsonian translocation and normal karyotype pigs withpolyacryamide gel electrophoresis. All three populations showed special Amy-2 poly-morphism The Amy-2 phenotypes were modified by two pairs of codominant alleles,Amy-2A and Amy-2B and one additional faster pair Amy-2c and Amy-2B. The gene fre-quency and genotype frequency were significantly different among three populations.
