碱性锌锰电池封口剂的改良研究

摘要 以粘弹性橡胶为原料,加入一定量的增塑剂进行改良,通过测定体系粘度,研究了碱性锌锰电池封口剂的组成、配比和配制工艺;通过检测试验电池的密封情况,对改良的碱性锌锰电池封口剂的使用效果进行了评述;实验结果表明:优化封口剂的组分配比可以提高电池的封口效果。 Based on the stiff rubber, adding some plastic-adding reagents, the components, proportioning and confecting technics of sealant for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries were studied by testing the system viscosity. Through inspecting the sealing status of the sample batteries, the using effects of the improved sealant for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries were discussed. And the test results showed that optimizing the component proportion of sealant could improve the sealing effect of batteries.
