Point out the noise pollution existing in the urban road traffic of our country, explain the harniness that the noise pollution of road traffic has brought to people and analyse reasons for producing noise pollution. From respects of project measure, technological measure and road traffic, how to reduce the noise pollution of road traffic is discussed. Thus the controlling countermeasures are proposed.
