摘要
目的:探讨脂质氧化沉积和内皮损伤在动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成中的相互作用。方法:检测38例心绞痛患者、24例急性心肌梗死患者和20例正常人血清中氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白抗体(OX-LDL-Ab)滴度和可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平以及它们之间的相关性。结果:冠心病患者血清中OX-LDL-Ab滴度明显高于正常对照组,其中心肌梗死患者血清中最高。OX-LDL-Ab与sICAM-1呈正相关。结论:冠心病患者体内低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化修饰和内皮损伤增加,二者有相互促进作用。
Objective : This study was to determine the multiple interaction of injuries of endothelial cell and deposition of oxidized lipoprotein in atherosclerosis. Methods: Serum autoantibody to oxidized low-density lipoprotein(OX-LDL-Ab) titres and intracellular cell adhesion molecule-1 ( slCAM-1 ) amount were measured by ELISA method and the relativity of them were analyzed in 38 cases of angina, 24 cases of myo- cardiol infarction and 20 cases of control. Results : OX-LDL-Ab titres and slCAM-1 amount in patients with coronary artery disease, esplicially in patients with myocardiol infarction, were obviously higher than that in serum of control group. OX-LDL-Ab titres positively correlated with slCAM-1 amount. Conclusion: Injuries of endothelial cell and deposition of oxidized lipoprotein can accelerate each other.
