负荷超声心动图诊断冠心病的研究现状与展望

摘要 负荷超声心动图(stress echocardiography)指以超声心动图作为检测手段施负荷试验的方法.负荷试验方法一般包括运动和药物试验,以踏车负荷试验和多巴酚丁胺、双嘧达莫等药物试验较常用[1].超声心动图负荷试验诊断冠心病的研究在历经几年低谷后,随着数字化超声心动图的问世,近年来又成为心血管领域的关注热点.本文简要介绍国内外有关方面的研究现状与展望.
