胃肠道间质细胞瘤的超声表现

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors: ultrasonographic findings

目的探讨超声在胃肠道间质细胞瘤诊断中的价值.方法回顾性分析11例经病理及免疫组化证实的胃肠道间质细胞瘤的超声表现.结果6例肿瘤起源于小肠,3例起源于胃,2例源于大肠.超声表现多数为外生性的不规则或类圆形低回声肿块,回声不均匀,其中5例可见肝多发转移.结论胃肠道间质细胞瘤的超声表现无特异性,但超声检查能明确肿瘤的发生部位,有助于肿瘤的良恶性鉴别.

Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic findings and to evaluate the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods Ultrasonographic findings were reviewed retrospectively in 11 patients with pathological and immunohistochemical confirmation. Results Lesions originated from small bowels in 6 cases, from stomach in 3 cases, and from large bowels in 2 cases. Ultrasonography mainly showed irregular or heterogeneous hypoechoic roundish exogenetic masses. Liver metastasis occurred in 5 cases. Conclusions Although ultrasonographic findings are nonspecific, but it is valuable to define the ori- gin of lesions, and to differentiate benign from malignancy.
