一氧化氮对女性下尿路作用研究进展

摘要 一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)作为一种神经递质和信号传导分子,通过与其他神经递质及激素的相互作用,调节膀胱和尿道舒张,在女性下尿路发挥重要生理功能。NO及一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide syn-thase,NOS)的改变和疾病的发生发展密切相关。
