肉瘤样肾细胞癌 被引量：1

摘要 肉瘤样肾细胞癌(sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma,SRCC)是肾细胞癌向高恶性度转化的组织病理学改变,并非是独立的病理学亚型。近年来文献报道的SRCC发病率增加。确诊主要依赖免疫组织化学,上皮和间质标志物同时表现为阳性。治疗上仍然以根治性肾切除为主,预后较原发病理类型差。
