摘要
针对齿轮强度国家标准中关于齿轮轮齿载荷分布系数中Kβ计算方法的一些不妥之处,提出了新的改进算法.新算法舍弃了国标中轮齿载荷分布沿齿向成线性的假设条件,依据轮齿的载荷-变形协调关系,把影响载荷分布系数Kβ的各类误差归结为影响轮齿齿向的初始载荷分布,考虑了轴承的变形、齿轮的制造、安装误差、齿轮轴向力及其齿轮跑合量对Kβ的影响,最终确定在动态条件下轮齿啮合线上的稳定载荷分布,再由KHβ=Wmax/Wm算得轮齿的载荷分布系数.实例表明本计算方法比齿轮强度国家标准推荐的计算方法更有效、实用.
A new method is given to determine load distribution coefficient Kβ of involute gears. Compared with the old method recommended by NSO, the new method gives up some improper assumptions such as linear load distribution along gear tooth width, while considering the effects of bearing deformations, gear manufacturing and assembly errors, gear axial force and tooth run-in on Kβ. A new method for calculating Kβ according to “Load-Deformation Coordination” of gear tooth is establishes, and practical examples show that this method is more accurate, and effective than that recommended by National Standard Organization.
