Piano playing, with its richest and most complicated music structure, is a highly difficult art of music performance. Therefore, the piano player not only should acquire consummate skills, but also should be good at carefully studying and analyzing the music, be good at accurately grasping the structure and style, rhythm, and speed of the music, be good at properly handing the relationship of strong and weak, slow and fast and the relationship of introduction, elucidation, transition, and conclusion of music sentences in the moving melody, and be good at training a perfect sense of hearing. Only by doing so could piano performance accurately and perfectly reveal music works and portray distinctive music images.
