摘要
本文综述了黑木耳多糖的分子结构、多种生物活性及分子结构和生物活性之间的关系,展望了黑木耳多糖及其组分的药用前景.
This article discusses the molecular structure ,various biological activities of Auricularia Auricula and the relations between the molecular structure and biological activities. The article also looks forward to the future of the development of this polysaccharide and its fractions as pharmaceutical.
