摘要
根据磁学、力学的观点,永磁联轴器可以分成四类:涡流装置、磁滞传动、磁阻式同步联轴器、同步联轴器。重点分析了常用的同步联轴器的磁路结构及其特点。指出永磁联轴器的重要性能是脱开扭矩、扭转刚度、运动惯性、总体尺寸与装置成本。
From the magnetics-mechanics point of view, permanent-magnet couplings (PMC) fall into four categories: eddy current devices, hysteresis drives, reluctance synchronous coupling, and synchronous couplings. The magnetic circuit configuration and characteristic of the most used synchronous couplings are analysized. The most useful characteristics for RMC are pull-out torque, inertia, overall dimensions, and cost of devices.
