摘要
NiZn软磁铁氧体材料具有电阻率高、损耗角正切低、磁导率的温度系数低等特点,是一类产量大、应用广泛的高频软磁材料。在1 MHz以下其性能不如MnZn铁氧体,在1 MHz以上,由于高电阻率,其性能大大优于MnZn铁氧体,非常适宜高频应用。另外,NiZn铁氧体制备工艺比MnZn简单,可以通过掺杂改善材料的磁性能。本文概述了国内外关于NiZn材料的研究状况和其发展动向、应用及市场。
NiZn ferrite is characterized by high electric resistivity, low core loss and low temperature coefficient of permeability. This kind of soft ferrite is widely used at high frequency. Under 1MHz, the performance of NiZn soft ferrite is not better than that of MnZn ferrite; but above 1MHz because of its high resistivity, its properties are better than that of MnZn ferrite. Otherwise, preparation technology of NiZn ferrite is more simple than that of MnZn ferrite. The research level in China and abroad, developing tendency, application and market are overviewed.
