摘要
概述了云南铜业从英国Ajax公司引进的一套40t大型工频有芯感应熔铜炉的结构和特点以及CFC 控制系统的先进性,叙述了“熔沟冷结”的目的、方法过程及优点,以及存在的问题。并初步总结了采用该工艺修理时间短成本低、使用寿命长等实践经验,供有关人员参考。
A large - scale corded inductive electric furnacefor copper smelting is introduced from UK. The structure and features of this furnace is introduced. The purpose, operation, advantages and existing problems of CPC controlling system and molten - pitch - condensation are summarized. The applied technology has the advantages of short maintenance time, low repair cost, long service time of equipment.
