摘要
文章概述了利用SCR法生产铜银合金导线材料过程中,利用工频感应电炉配置铜银合金,实现合金的连续化配置过程,并概述了影响银含量波动的因素,以及控制银含量的办法。
In manufacturing Cu - Ag alloid conductive wire materials, the industrial frequency inductive electric furnace is applied for continuous preparing of the alloy. In this paper, the factors that cause the instability of Ag content is analysed, and the measures for Ag content controlling are presented.
