摘要
两种脱臭剂DS—1精脱硫剂和HB—2型RSH脱臭剂的特性及其作用机理,以及其在溶剂油系统的工业应用。结果表明,此种脱臭剂的脱臭效果好,脱后硫醇可控制在2×10-6以下,工艺简单,且不影响溶剂油物理化学性质,能满足工业生产的要求,有很大的应用前景。
The properties and mechanism and industry application of DS-1 fine desulfurizer and HB-2 sweetening catalyst in the petroleum solvent were introduced. The result showed that the effect of this sweetening catalyst was well, the RSH content was less than 2ppm. The sweetening process was simple, and it might mot in fluence the physic and chemical properties of solvent. It could meet the industry request of the solvent and had a wide prospect for application.
