摘要
选用正交L9(33)试验研究了脲醛树脂凝胶的再生树脂,分析试验结果得出了脲醛树脂凝胶的再生树脂的最佳工艺条件:甲醛(37%)与树脂凝胶质量比为2·5∶1,再生树脂的甲醛与尿素终物质的量比1·3∶1。并应用此条件制取的再生树脂压制杨木多层板,胶合强度达到Ⅱ类板要求。
By using the othogonal test of L9(3^3) , the regeneration of ureaformaldehyde gel, was studied and the optimum operation conditions were determined:the mass ratio of formaldehyde(37 % ) to gels is 2.5:1, the final motar ratio of regenerative resin is 1.3:1 (F:U). Bond strength of poplar plywood pressed inlaboratory achieved Ⅱ grade.
