摘要
以江西省婺源县鄣公山绿茶为原料,以乙醇水溶液为溶剂,采用回流抽提法提取茶多酚。通过正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺。该方法具有简便、得率高、毒性小等特点。
A method for extracting tea—polyphenols from green tea by using ethanol solution was introduad; Tha optimum extractive conditions were determined by orthogonal test. This method has some characteristics, such as simpleness, the high rate of extraction and the less toxicity.
