健康成人身高相关基因研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 身高是一由多基因控制的数量遗传性状,并受环境因素的影响。通过候选基因法已发现一些与其相关的基因多态性位点,如维生素D受体基因、多巴胺D2受体基因等。另外,利用全基因组扫描技术结合连锁分析法也发现人类染色体上的一些区域与身高发育有关。
