营业所业务全断的故障分析与处理

Analysis and processing for service interruption of business department

通过对网络故障的分析,介绍了ATM技术在电力信息网中的运用,及利用VoIP实现话音、数据共享线路,提高网络利用率的方式;同时,对营业所业务全停的故障进行了详细地分析和处理,并给出在抢修因撞击而断纤的光缆时应注意的事项。最后提出,在日常运行维护工作中,必须弄清网络结构、光缆线路的具体附挂以及信息的传输过程。只有这样,在网络发生故障时,才能够快速、准确地确定抢修方案,依次排查故障点,缩短抢修时间,达到及时抢通的目的。

This paper introduces the Applications of ATM technology in power information system by means of the fault treating of network, and describes how to transmit voice and data in the same channel to promote the utilization efficiency of network by using VoIP. We firstly analyze the reasons of service interruption in business department and summarize the proceedings in repairing the broken optical cable. Then we suggest that the technicians should understand the network structure, the hang mode of cable line and the course of information transmission clearly during daily maintenance, so they could find fault point in optical cable and repaired it immediately.
