腕踝针合温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型肩凝症86例

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of 86 Patients with Shoulder Periarthritis of Cold Accumulation-caused Blood Stasis Type by Wrist-ankle Acupuncture plus Warming Acupuncture Through Moxibustion

目的观察腕踝针合温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型肩凝症的临床疗效。方法采用腕踝针针患侧上肢5、6区,配合肩关节主动和被动运动,而后用温针灸肩关节周围的明显压痛点(即阿是穴);并与对照组采用电针刺肩骨禺、肩贞、肩骨翏等穴进行对比观察。结果治疗组86例,其中治愈57例,占66.28%;显效18例,占20.93%;好转8例,占9.30%;总有效率96.51%;对照组70例,其中治愈34例,占48.57%;显效15例;占21.43%;好转6例,占8.57%;总有效率78.57%,两组对照P<0.01。结论腕踝针合温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型肩凝症其疗效明显优于传统电针疗法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of wrlst-ankle acupuncture plus warming acupuncture through moxibustion for treating shoulder periarthritis of cold accumulation-caused blood stasis type. Methods Areas 5 and 6 on the affected arm were needled by wrist-ankle acupuncture with active and passive movement of the shoulder joint and then a marked tenderness point around the shoulder joint（namely Ashi point） was given warming acupuncture through moxibustion. For comparison, points Jianyu（L1 15）, Jianzhen （ SI 9） and Jianliao（TE 14） were electroacupunctured in a control group. Results Of the treatment group of 86 cases, cure occurred in 57, accounting for 66.28% ; marked effectiveness in 18, accounting for 20.93% ; improvement in 8, accounting for 9.30% , with a total efficacy rate of 96.51. Of the control group of 70 cases, cure occurred in 34, accounting for 48.57% ; marked effectiveness in 15, accounting for 21.43% ; improvement in 6, accounting for 8.57% , with a total efficacy rate of 78.57%. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture plus warming acupuncture through moxibustion is superior to conventional electroacupuncture for treating shoulder periarthritis of cold accumulation-caused hlood stasis type.
