摘要 在分析高速压力机惯性力平衡问题研究的必要性基础上,根据高速压力机的工作特点,论述了高速压力机的惯性力降低及平衡的途径,明确指出在高速压力机上不宜采用气动缸平衡装置。对目前广泛采用的5种惯性力平衡机构的工作特点进行了分析,提出了高速压力机惯性力平衡效果的科学评价指标。从而为研制高速压力机新的高性能平衡机构奠定了基础。 On the basis of briefly exploring investigation necessary to dynamic balance assembly units of inertial force produced by a high speed press, the approaches to decrease and balance inertial force produced by a high speed press have been illustrated and the reasons that the pneumatic cylinder is not suitable to dynamic balance for inertial force of a high speed press have been expounded. Dynamic characteristics of the five kinds of inertial force balance assembly units in modem industry have been comprehensively and thoroughly investigated.A scientific evaluation of the inertial force balance units for a high speed press has been Out forward hence a foundation of researching and developing high-performance inertial balance equipment for a high speed press.
