针对楔横轧模具设计特点,基于三维特征参数化技术,提出了基于特征的楔横轧模具CA D方法。介绍了基于特征的楔横轧模具CA D系统结构和设计过程;阐述了基于工艺的轧件特征描述、模具楔体参数化建模、楔横轧模具特征拼合技术。实现了楔横轧工艺与模具的并行设计,提高了设计效率和质量。

To the characteristics of wedge rolling tool design, A method of such based on feature has been presented with introduction to CAD system structure and design process and description on feature, parametrized modeling, feature assembly. Working efficiency and quality has ben improved by concurrent design of process and die.
