摘要
针对冲压件最终成形难的问题,设计了新型斜楔—反镦凸模式弯曲模。模具通过斜楔驱动滑块和反镦杠杆完成零件的最终成形,提高了工件精度和生产效率。并介绍了模具的工作过程、特点和主要零部件设计。本文对类似件的模具设计有一定的参考价值。
In order to solve the problem that the final forming of the part is difficult, a new type bending die with wedges-converse upsetting punch has been designed.Through the actions of slide blocks and converse upsetting lever driven by the wedges, the final forming of the part is finished, so precision of the part and productivity improved.The working process, the characteristics and the design of the key parts of the die have been introduced in detail.It is of certain reference value to the design of die structure for similar parts.
