随着我国市场化改革改革和金融改革的深化,金融犯罪成为金融领域最大的风险之一,本文从研究金融犯罪的特点、发展趋势、分析其成因出发,在此基础上借鉴发达国家防范金融犯罪的制度安排和技术手段,探讨我国防范金融犯罪的路径,以期对当前发案率极高的金融犯罪的防范和抑制有所作为。

With the deepening of market and finance reforms, the finance crime is becoming one of the biggest risks in finance field. From the point of the characteristics of finance crime and its trends, by analyzing its cause in economy and society, and from system arrangements and technique measures, the ways in preventing from finance crime are discussed, with hopes the concerned to take precautions against increasing finance crimes and get a better control of them.
