摘要
目的:总结10例腹部手术病人应用门静脉营养支持治疗的结果,对比营养前后的生理指标。方法:采用富含支链氨基酸的肝安提供氮源。含氮量0.11g·kg-1·d-1,非蛋白热卡24cal·kg-1·d-1,脂肪提供热卡比例占38%,氮与热卡比为1g:215cal。结果:10例病人完成门静脉营养,各项生理指标均正常。结论:营养支持结果表明,门静脉营养并发症少、操作方便,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To study the treatment results of 10 patients with abdominal operation given parenteral nutrition via portal vein.Methods: The metabolic data were menitored before and after PN. 15 - Amino Acid Injection with branched-chain amino acid was used to be nitrogen source. The PN was given as a mixture which provided 0. 11g·kg^-1·d^-1 and 24 keal· kg^-1·d^-1 of nonprotein energy with carbohydrate/fat energy ratio of 38 %, the nitrogen/heat calorie ratio was l g: 215cal. Results: All the patients were performed nutrition via portal vein completely and all the metabolic date were normal. Conclusion: The results suggest that PN via portal vein is simple and safe
