置环后异常阴道出血与支原体、衣原体感染 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨置IUD异常阴道出血与支原体、衣原体感染的关系。方法:应用PCR法对50例置环后异常阴道出血者、30例置环后无异常阴道出血者、30例未置环者进行CT、UU检测。结果:置环后异常阴道出血者CT和UU的阳性率为52.0%,30.0%,均明显高于置环后无异常阴道出血者及未置环者(P<0.05)。结论:置环后异常阴道出血与支原体、衣原体感染关系密切。
