摘要
文章从高校青年教师师德师风现状及成因出发,探讨了加强高校青年教师师德师风建设的对策。
This article tries to find out the ways to strengthen morality and style building among universities＇ s young teacherers, which are based on the present situation of young teacher＇s morality ＆ style , and its cause in university.
