摘要
北京市各级工会结合各自的实际,大力加强平等协商和集体合同制度的建设,把这项制度作为维护职工合法权益的主要形式和工作载体。截止到2004年底,北京市签订集体合同的企业12533户,覆盖职工129万余人。目前北京市劳动和社会保障局、总工会和企业联合会正努力配合市人大、市法治办,积极开展《北京市集体合同条例》的立法调研、考察、论证、修改工作,力争推动此项地方法规尽早出台。
Equal consultation and collective contract system should be strengthened in light of specific conditions of trade union organizations at all levels in Beijing, which are the principal ways and work carriers of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members. Up to the end of 2004, there are 12, 533 enterprises and 1.29 million workers that have concluded collective contracts already. Presently, Beijing Bureau of labor and Social Security, Beijing Federation of Trade Unions and enterprises' association do their best to investigate, study, appraise and modify the Beijing Regulations of Collective Contract. In order to make the local statutes known as soon as possible, it takes concerted action from three parties above mentioned, Municipal People' s Congress and Municipal Office of Law.
