从文化学的视角出发,探讨体操时尚健身运动在我国社会的体育文化生态环境下产生和发展的主要因素及哲学背景,分析当前健身类大众体操运动时尚流行的趋势及其对我国大众健身文化的影响及价值。

Proceeding from visual angle of the culture science, this article probes into the main factors and philosophy background of creation and development of gymnastics shaping exercises under the sports cultural and ecological environment of Chinese society. Then the mass gymnastics trend and the influence and value of the gymnastics shaping exercises culture at oresent are analyzed.
