摘要
采用生物力学研究方法对30名跳高运动员进行等动测试,针对跳高运动员下肢力量发展的均衡性特征进行分析,得出了跳高运动员下肢肌三关节强弱侧力量发展的特征,并给出了一级和二级水平跳高运动员下肢三关节伸屈肌力量的合理比例。
To assess the equability feature of low limb muscle strength of male high jump athletes, 30 elite athletes were subjected by isokinetic measuring instrument. The results reveal the development feature of the strong and weak side muscle strength of three low segments. Meanwhile, the reasonable rate of extend and flex muscle force is provided in view of the first level and second level male high jump athletes.
