菊花的组织培养、脱毒与快繁技术研究 被引量:21

摘要 以菊花茎尖作为外植体进行脱毒培养,脱毒后苗有明显的生长优势,主要表现为植株粗壮、叶片宽大等.待无病植株成苗后再利用快繁技术大量繁殖.结果表明较高浓度的IAA与6-BA的配比对菊花有促进生长的作用,而低浓度的NAA或IAA与6-BA配比使菊花的生长滞化,甚至死亡. This study is that taking off poison and breeding by tissue culturing in chrysanthemum stem tip. The results is following:Seedling taken off poison have obvious growth advantage,mainly shows the stalwartly plant and spacious blade ect. Utilizing fast breeding technology to breed in a large amount after it becomes Seedling. The result show: higher density IAA and 6 - BA can promote grows on the chrysanthemum and low NAA or IAA and 6 - BA can make the growth of the chrysanthemum stagnate, even dies.
