摘要
通过对不同年级大学生主要心理问题进行分析,可以发现不同年级大学生心理问题带有年级的特点。大一是高校适应的困惑期;大二是心理问题的多发期;大三是情感的冲突期;大四是择业求职的盲目期。要解决不同年级大学生主要心理问题,应建立心理健康教育课程系统,开展课程化课堂教育;确立能力课外训练系统,进行活动化课程培训;构建心理辅导咨询系统,开展团体心理辅导训练;建立健康教育的网络系统,指导学生自助开展活动等。
Analysis of college students' mental health shows that students in different years have different psychological problems. Freshmen are perplexed in their adaptation to university life; sophomores are in a period when psychological problems frequently occur; juniors are at a stage of emotional conflicts; and seniors are quite confused at their career decisions. The author of this paper proposes four solutions to these problems: a systematic curriculum of mental heath should be arranged for classroom teaching; an ability-cultivating system should be formulated for after-class instruction; a psychological counseling clinic should be set up for students to seek advice from; and a net system of mental health should be constructed to help students to solve mental problems themselves.
